Doughnuts
How can you prepare the donuts days in advance? Which work process can be used to prepare the donuts and what should only be done on the day of consumption? Should I store it in the freezer or in the refrigerator?

Hi Eva
You could make the donuts until they form into circles, then place each donut on kitchen paper in an airtight container and then refrigerate them.
The next day you take them out of the refrigerator and leave them at room temperature for approximately 1 to 2 hours. Then you follow the process indicated in the recipe book for the final fermentation and cooking of the donut.
Greetings.
