    1 sheet of gelatin is = 1.5 grams or 2 grams of gelatin (depending on how consistent you want your preparation). If a recipe has 4 gelatin sheets and we want to convert it to powdered gelatin, the 4 gelatin sheets must be multiplied by 1.5 grams or 2 grams.
