    Hi Nazneen Nasseri

Welcome to the Scoolinary community! Thank you for your question.

When it comes to leftover cronut dough, you have several options:

    1. Mini cronuts or fried bites: Gather the scraps, gently press them together without over-kneading, and roll them out again to cut smaller cronuts or bite-sized pieces. These can be fried and coated in sugar.

    2. Fried sticks or torsades: Cut the scraps into strips, twist them slightly, and fry them to create crispy sticks. You can then sprinkle them with sugar and cinnamon or dip them in chocolate.

    3. Dessert base: Bake the scraps on a tray, then crush them to use as a tart base or a crunchy topping for ice cream and creams.

    4. Rustic two-tone croissant: If you have enough leftover dough, you can stack and laminate it again with butter to create a cronut with a more rustic effect.

If the scraps are too small, you can freeze them and use them later for testing or decoration.

If you try any of these options, we’d love to hear which one worked best for you!

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask,I’d be happy to help.

    Best regards!
