    Hi Dalizu.

    At the moment, we don’t have that information available in the course, but you can make the purées at home by simply processing the fruit. In some cases, you’ll need to cook it to evaporate some of the liquid and achieve a more concentrated purée. Alternatively, you can look for a local brand that uses 100% fruit pulp and is as natural as possible.
