How can I store the doughnuts? For example, can I make the dough the day before and put it in the fridge? If so, how long can I store yners dough in the fridge? What do you think is the best solution if I want to make the donuts days in advance?

    Hi Eva

You can store raw donuts in the refrigerator. The best way to store them is to first put them already formed in circles on kitchen paper individually so that they are easier to unmold. Then you store them in an airtight container.

They can last up to 3 days in the refrigerator and up to approximately 2 weeks in the freezer.

To cook them the next day:

If they are refrigerated, just take them out to room temperature and then follow the steps in the recipe for the final fermentation and cooking.

If they are frozen, you should leave them in the refrigerator overnight and the next day bring them to room temperature and then follow the steps in the recipe for the final fermentation and cooking.

    Greetings.
