How is it possible that the quantity of starch is 50 grams for this amount of liquid? I tried to repeat it, but it becomes glue! Perhaps you meant to write 5 grams? What does Meilan Kao say ?

    Hi @luca-materazziicloud-com

Could you tell me which recipe you are referring to? This way I can review it and if there are any errors I can notify the team in charge for review.

    Greetings.

      Yes,

Homemade sweet and sour sauce for Fried Wanton in Milan Lao course: the quantity of potato starch is really too much for that amount of liquid: it’s probably 5 grams and not 50. I repeated it, but the result was an inedible glue.

    Hi @luca-materazziicloud-com

The team in charge tells me ,that the quantities in the recipe book have already been rectified. Could you review it and tell us if you can see the correct amounts?

    Greetings.
