    Hi Stephanie

A croissant in optimal conditions lasts 24 hours, which does not mean that it cannot be consumed, it simply means that it will lose some of its characteristics such as being crunchy.

If you consume it after that time you will have a soft croissant with a rich flavor but not so crunchy on the outside. You can reheat it in the oven for a few minutes to recover some of that crunchiness.

    Greetings.
