Which pan is better for cookies – Stainless steel or Aluminum?
Hi Mary
As we mentioned earlier:
For baking cookies, an aluminum baking tray is generally the best option. Aluminum distributes heat more evenly, which helps cookies bake more consistently. Additionally, it is lighter and heats up faster than stainless steel.
Stainless steel, although durable and strong, does not conduct heat as efficiently as aluminum, which can result in uneven baking.
Therefore, if you have the option, an aluminum tray is ideal for baking cookies.
Best regards.
