    We are going to ask my colleague @soldamiani for help, so she can check the status of her certificate. Could you help us by telling us in which course you have the problem with your certificate?

    As you can see on the photo I attach, I entered the platform from your user profile and when downloading your Pizzas Certificate, I can see your name and the rest of the information. I’ve already sent it through email. Please share a print of what you are seeing and specify from which device you are visualizing it and if you did it through our app or from the browser so we can check.

      Thank you so much for your help ladies… I received my certificate via email. Attached is the file/document I got each time I downloaded my certificate.

      i tried several times my to no avail. Is there a way to resolve this permanently so that I don’t have to bother anyone.

      I appreciate all the help.

        It may be that if you are trying to download it from your cell phone or tablet, it does not have a reader to download that type of document, which means that you cannot view or download your certificate.

        Make sure you have a PDF document reader.

        If you continue to have problems, we are at your disposal to help you, do not hesitate to write to us again to help you, we will be happy to do so.

        Please Hillary, tell us if you are using IOS or Android so we can check.

        Our IT Team also suggests you try to generate it again from the Browser.

          I used both Android and IOS phone and tried it again. Still the same feedback

            I wanted to know if you encountered the same issue when downloading new Certificates and if you tried to do so from a computer just to see if there’s an isolated problem regarding de app.
