Please share a print of what you are seeing and specify from which device you are visualizing it and if you did it through our app or from the browser so we can check.

It may be that if you are trying to download it from your cell phone or tablet, it does not have a reader to download that type of document, which means that you cannot view or download your certificate.
Make sure you have a PDF document reader.
If you continue to have problems, we are at your disposal to help you, do not hesitate to write to us again to help you, we will be happy to do so.

I wanted to know if you encountered the same issue when downloading new Certificates and if you tried to do so from a computer just to see if there’s an isolated problem regarding de app.
