Cake challenge
Hello! This is the cake I made for Scoolinary ‘s anniversary, Im not sure where to send it so Ill do so here😊
I have taken Bachour’s classes and Im very thankful to scoolinary for the opportunity and support and help!
Antonio Bachour is my favorite chef and an inspiration and his classes and amazing books have changed my whole experience!
the entremet consist of:
Pistachio financier
raspberry confit
pistachio namelaka
Rose whipped ganache
Miror glaze( first try, amazing taste and texture thanks to Bachour’s class)
The entremet stands on a crumble.
I had the intention of adding some chocolate decorations and mention a happy anniversary to scoolinary but i failed after several trials🙈still have to practice tempering!!
