    So yes, a lot of good info here but it’s missing the most important point and that is cooking it. A burger of 220g as stated is pretty big and putting on grill isn’t going to cook the inside so an explanation of how to cook it would be very good. Now I know of searing and then finishing in oven but this guy says grilling and that’s about it? I expected more I must admit

    I have a response from the team in charge.

    Hamburgers can be cooked on the grill, griddle, frying pan and oven regardless of their weight. Each cooking technique can be used individually or combined (grill+oven).

    You only have to manage the time and temperature of each one.
