    Hi @Xhefri

At the moment we do not have the recipe for hamburger bread with almond flour in English, we only have it in Spanish, but I am going to put it here translated.

We have this gluten-free bread course available if you want to see it.

    Hamburger Buns Recipe from Scoolinary

    Pre-ferment

    – 50 g almond flour

    – 10 g dry yeast

    – 130 g water

    – 2 g agave inulin

    Bread Base

    – 140 g almond flour

    – 10 g coconut flour

    – 2 g xanthan gum

    – 4 g psyllium

    – 2 g pink salt

    – 150 g eggs

    Makes 3 servings

    Preparation:

For the pre-ferment, place the ingredients in a container, mix, cover with plastic wrap or a lid, and let ferment for 16 hours in a cool place.

To make the low-carb hamburger buns, place the dry ingredients in the mixer bowl, using the paddle attachment, mix everything, then add the pre-ferment.

Mix everything well and gradually add the eggs, beating for 5 minutes or until a smooth dough forms.

Pour the mixture into hamburger bun molds, or shape into balls by hand. You can use an ice cream scoop to portion the dough better.

When forming the low-carb hamburger buns, garnish with white sesame seeds.

Let rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Bake at 160°C for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

NOTE: The bread should always be kept refrigerated or frozen for better preservation.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Regards.
