Brioche buns
How can I keep the brioche buns moist for long as they tend to dry up when cooled. This could be because of solidification of butter?

Hi Nazneen
Products made with yeast dry out after a while. To preserve your brioches longer, you can wrap each one in plastic wrap and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. When you want to consume them, simply leave them at room temperature for about 10 to 15 minutes and heat them in the preheated oven from 10 to 15 with fan option and humidity at medium level.
Greetings.
