    Goodmorning Everyone,

    For the caramelized banana in this recipe, Chef places the unpeeled bananas in the oven for 15 to 20 min. At what temperature would the oven be? Many thanks and have a nice weekend. Steve

    Hi Steve

    You can cook them in a preheated oven at 160/170 degrees Celsius.
