Baba Mold name and volume
What is the volume or exact brand and name of the mold used for the Babas in the Classic French Pastry course by Jonathan Mougel?
The video and the instructions mention that this mold is spheres of 6cm but these are much more ovals than spheres.
The instructor states to put cling film on the filled mold. He says when the dough has risen enough to touch the cling film, then the dough is done proofing. Whether the proofed dough would reach the cling film depends on the volume of the molds.
