Artisanal Ice Creams
Posted by j.mr3 on May 10, 2024 at 20:59Hello,
Quick question, the recipe book mentions ‘superneutro milk’ as the ice cream stabilizer of choice for many of the recipes. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find it. Are you aware whether it is sold with a different name/denomination in the USA? If not, can you recommend al alternative stabilizer for making gelato?
Many thanks in advance!
