Posted by john callf on December 17, 2023 at 21:36in this section I have two questions. Firstly the 10g of white wine does not appear correct or correspond to the video lesson? secondly when cooking the sauce does it require a lid on of off?

The correct amount of white wine is 100 grams, please send this observation to the team in charge for review.
Yes, the sauce must be covered so that the broth does not evaporate so quickly.
