all video error, stuck and loading only all the time
Posted by Angga Febrian on July 28, 2024 at 03:15Hi, i have problem on my account or in my Scoolinary apps that all video are stuck and can’t watch on every single time..please review and resolve the problem because i can’t watch all the video i think…anyway i’m member of Scoolinary since november 2023 and my membership still valid until next november 2024..please follow up the issue…thanks

try clearing your browser cache. also try power cycling your router, you do this by turning your router off and unplugging the power cord and leave it off for 30seconds to 1 minute. and then replugging everything and turning it on. hope this helps

i do already both of your suggestion but it seems still not working,.. event i already uninstall and reinstall the apps but none of that is work… all the video still buffering only and still remain the same as before ..maybe someone has a suggestion or other methode in another way to fix this issues?

Please contact soporte@scoolinary.com by sending them an email and letting them know about the issue you are having regarding blocked courses.
This way they can review the status of your subscription and resolve the problem you are experiencing.
