    Hi everyone,

could you recommend a recipe for making Danish pastry from scratch without using puff pastry? Also, how many folds do you typically perform to achieve the desired results?

    Thanks 🙂

    Hi Maha.

Danish pastries are usually made with puff pastry, and that’s the recipe we currently have on Scoolinary.

We offer a pear and pistachio Danish recipe, as well as recipes for fermented and laminated doughs.

Let me know if you’re looking for a different type of dough that isn’t puff pastry, so I can review the recipes available on our platform and suggest the one that suits you best.

    Best regards.
