    Hi Sahmini.

    In this Lemon cream recipe, cream powder usually adds a bit of body and consistency to the mixture. If you don’t have cream powder, you could substitute it with milk powder, although the texture may vary slightly.

    Milk powder will add some creaminess and a bit of body. Use the same amount (4 g), but keep in mind it may give a slightly milkier flavor.

    Cornstarch would only provide thickness to the mixture but won’t add that “cream” flavor that’s needed.
