The meats looked wonderful, however, the voice-over was very distracting with many words being repeated and the use of " blah blah blah" annoying. The "history lesson" of the origins of the use of fire was unnecessary. This series should be updated as we are long past COVID.

Es un curso muy interesante para todos los amantes de la parrilla y que casi no tienen conocimientos. El instructor no solo enseña diferentes técnicas si no que tambien te da mucha información teoría tanto de historia como técnica. La verdad que es un curso recomendable sobre todo para principiantes, además recomiendo el curso de técnicas avanzadas que ofrece el mismo tutor.
