the complex process of preparing coffee is so much more than it seems

maybe as of 2024, the coffee industry has broadened so much of its horizons, even breaking "rules" of the past when preparing coffee. i suggest to update this course so that the highest standard of coffee preparation and industry education gets relayed to everyone. thanks
