Our goal is to inspire you to follow the guidance of pastry chef Jesús Escalera and design desserts for plates, displays, or finger food, all harmoniously and symbolically tied to their main ingredients.

This is an very good course to improve your skills different molding techniques

I liked that this course show you how to prepare your equipment but unfortunately it is very difficult to find this equipment in my Country.
