Damien will teach you how to create both hand crafted and silicone mold set ‘fruits’ and ‘nuts’ using various decoration techniques including airbrushing, glazing and cocoa butter encasing.
You will encounter a range of recipes for fillings, inserts and glazes which can be adapted to design your own creations.
