how to use the spices of this culture

I loved the way she described the different spices used in the food, I wish the video wasnt dubbed, the english speaker lacked emotion.

Good homemade recipes.

She introduced us in a good way the Indian cuisine, but In my opinion her food is lack of vibrancy and color.
