Garlic soup: Known for its simplicity and quick preparation, it’s ready in just a few minutes. Its delicate flavor of extra virgin olive oil is complemented by the complexity of toasted bread.

Catalan style beans: Broad beans and peas in a light stew with vegetables, bacon, sausage and mint, offer a rich and aromatic combination.

Potatoes, cabbage and cod: A dish with a seafaring essence that transforms dried, salted and rehydrated cod into a delight enjoyed as if it were fresh. Its preparation is efficient, optimizing ingredients and dishes. Despite its humble origins, it can be presented in an elegant manner.

Fisherman’s rice: A rice infused with the richness of a Catalan picada from the Maresme seafaring tradition, creating an exceptional shellfish broth.
