What you'll learn
In this course, you will learn how to prepare a wide variety of donuts and cronuts, starting by making a pre-ferment to intensify the flavor and texture of the dough. Next, you will learn the best rolling, cutting and baking techniques to create high quality products.
You’ll become familiar with techniques for flaky dough, including single and double folds, so you can achieve a crisp, laminated texture for cronuts; and you’ll expand your flavor menu by experimenting with different glazes, fillings and toppings for both donuts and cronuts.
