Un cuso que explica de cabo a rabo la elaboración de croquetas españolas, pudiendo utilizar todos los procedimientos quí presnetes para elaborar croquetas del relleno que cada uno guste. Excelente.

Me gusto mucho este curso porque pude aprender muchas variaciones de una croqueta. De una croqueta se pueden obtener fascinantes sabores y aromas. Sin duda lo implementaré en el menú de mi casa. Fue más de lo que esperaba. Gracias!

It wasn't that bad.

This course is good for who hasn't cooked anything yet in his/her life. For people that already know their way around the kitchen, this is nothing too extraordinary, there are much better techniques than the ones mentioned in this course.
