I don't know if I loved it. But I certainly liked it. I liked the variety of salads and techniques showed. I didn't think the cauliflower salad was done correctly. But, to each their own.

Great and enriches any home cooking experience

I really appreciate dedicating a course for salads.. I particularly love the instructor who explains the whole in details. I like the recipes themselves as well..
