Disappointed

I was expecting to see a video of how the ingredients are mixed as I know it has to be done right. I thought that the texture, temperature of ingredients will be explained and shown in the video. Instead, it only shows the ingredients and then it shows when the cake is done. It didn’t show how it was made. Very disappointing.

Great, to the point recipes and instructions for very different types of cheesecakes

Overall, I really enjoyed this course. My only feedback would be to have more information about what we're looking for when baking the baked cheesecakes. Very specific times were given, but since ovens vary so much, it would be nice to know some visuals or even an internal temperature before lowering the temp or taking it out of the oven entirely.

Don't like using only Ken products as they are not available everywhere.

I wish the recipes were written so that no matter where you lived, you could replicate them
