This course is definetly not for dipping your toe into home baking, but for those wanting to start making their own bread and Pizza on a weekly basis go for it. The tasta of the bread and pizza is outstanding good. The only drawback with sourdough is getting the starter right and keeping it alive.
This was so informative, I am just learning about sourdough to bake at home, I was so confused about the whole process, and honestly it scared me a little bit, but this course helped me really understand the entire process and now I can’t wait for my starter to be ready! Thankyou so much
