Adam Biderman has been making American burgers since he was 16 years old, and in 2011 he opened The Company Burger, in New Orleans, USA, where he serves classic and contemporary American cheese burgers to great acclaim.
Adam will teach all the tips and tricks to make all true American-style cheese burgers and some of his own original creations. Follow Adam’s lead and learn to create your own.

In this course you will learn to select the best meat and know which technique to use to form different kinds of burger patties. You will know how to select the right type of bun for your burger and how to toast or warm it to perfection. Learn to make different types of mayonnaise and discover which sauces pair best with which types of burger. Discover how to grill and griddle your burgers just right so you can create an American Burger experience that is just like if you were in the States.
Get acquainted with “the old school of old school, where it all began”, with the classic Oklahoma Onion Burger and the Slider. Smash your onion burger patties on the griddle and know exactly how to warm your potato rolls for the best result.
Discover Adam’s signature burger, The Company Burger. Learn to griddle thin patties and discover the difference between a dill pickle and a bread and butter pickle.
Make the ‘big bucks’ Gourmet Burger. Learn to grill a king size burger patty and baste it with garlic and basil butter. Top it with sour cream and caviar for a luxury finish.
Master your melted cheese and caramelized onions with the Patty Melt, and the BBQ Cheddar, Adam’s favorite to cook on the grill outside when the weather is good.
