Zucchini chips and tzatziki sauce: Crispy zucchini sticks, breaded with panko and spices, accompanied by a refreshing tzatziki sauce made with Greek yogurt.

Cod Tacos: Cod filets marinated with spices and cooked in the air fryer, accompanied by an avocado cream and a fresh salad of dressed vegetables, all served on a corn tortilla.

Herb-Crusted Salmon with Vegetables: Salmon filets covered with a herb mixture, cooked in the air fryer, and served over a bed of roasted vegetables. Accompanied by a delicate fennel and celeriac cream.

Sirloin stuffed with mushrooms: Roast beef stuffed with a delicious mushroom filling and cooked in the air fryer to perfection. Accompanied by a smooth potato purée with sage and lemon, and a savory mushroom sauce.

Cheesecake with caramelized pistachios: Cheesecake with a crumbly cookie base, topped with a smooth mixture of cream cheese, cream, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla, baked in the air fryer. Decorated with crunchy pieces of caramelized pistachio and a pistachio ice cream quenelle.

Espresso Martini cake with vodka air: A dessert combining a light sponge cake made with egg whites and yolks, infused with coffee liqueur, with coffee liqueur gel, a coffee ice cream quenelle, and a delightful vodka air, infused with coffee beans and star anise.

In this course, in addition to the recipes themselves, you will also learn different cooking techniques that will serve you on numerous occasions.
