Proud to be a B Corp
We are part of a global community of companies that meet high standards for social and environmental impact, transparency, and accountability.
We aim to create a world where cooking and eating are delicious, nutritious, diverse, and sustainable, inspiring our students to cook consciously, because we believe that we can take significant steps towards a more sustainable future, one dish at a time.
We are also committed to “cooking our company” with the finest ingredients, being ethical and transparent, providing excellent conditions for those who work with us, and maintaining an honest relationship with our community.
Having the B Corp Certification fills us with pride and responsibility, as it is recognition that we are on the right path. And this is just the beginning. We will continue to look for ways to improve, innovate, and have a positive impact on our world.

How do we impact People?
We provide high-quality education to all our students, empowering them to transform their lives with new knowledge and skills in the culinary world.Â
We have designed a Scholarship Program aimed at enhancing culinary education. We work in coordination with educational institutions, as well as NGOs with culinary education programs. Both students and teachers have access to our entire course catalog, which serves as support and supplementation, allowing them to learn from the world’s top chefs.
Over 1500 students and teachers have already benefited from our scholarships, and over 90% affirm that this has contributed to their professional development.
How do we impact the Planet?
1% for the Planet: We donate 1% of our sales to organizations aiming to reduce the environmental impact of the food system.
We design cooking courses in collaboration with different NGOs to raise awareness among our audience about how our way of cooking and eating has a significant impact on our planet.Â
