Who is Xisco Jordà?
Instructor at the School of Hotel Management of the Balearic Islands since 1997, his qualification as a Diploma in Technical Business and Tourism Activities (TEAT), helped him to work since 1983 in kitchens of different catering and hospitality establishments through different categories to head chef. After working in several establishments, he decided to direct his career to teaching and is currently an instructor of cooking practices and theory in the area of Food and Beverage (Department of Cooking), coordinator and teacher of continuing education courses related to the hospitality industry (decoration of dishes and buffets, cooking for agritourism, decoration with sugar, etc.), tutor of the research scholarship of ancient Balearic cuisine.
