Who is Rais Esteve?

Convinced that every bite can ignite meaningful change, Rais Esteve continues to share her unique vision

With a deep passion for learning and a natural inclination toward creativity, Rais pursued culinary studies after completing a degree in Advertising. Aware that she was entering the sector later than most, she threw herself wholeheartedly into the profession from her very first internships in pastry kitchens and restaurants.

Equally drawn to cuisine, pastry, education, creativity, and precision, she has built a multifaceted career as a pastry chef, baker, cook, head of pastry, and creative director. Her journey includes extraordinary experiences such as contributing to a third Michelin star, leading a major international opening, offering culinary and creative consultancy on a top-rated gastronomy TV show, heading a creativity department, and being part of the core team at some of the most prestigious establishments.

After leading the creativity division at Disfrutar, she took charge of the 100%Lab project— the R&D department of 100%Chef and 100%Barman—bringing her expertise and vision to the intersection of gastronomy and creativity from a business-oriented perspective. Once the department was built and structured, she entrusted it to a multidisciplinary team in order to dedicate herself to a much more personal project.
