Who is Martino Beria?

Martino Beria is one of Italy's foremost plant-based chefs. With more than a decade dedicated to recreating and refining traditional recipes to a completely vegan format. For years, Martino has traveled throughout Italy teaching workshops and training people in the field of plant-based cooking. He has written and published several cookbooks in Italian.

One of his great passions is the art of sourdough baking. In recent years, Martino has perfected this craft and is the author of two well-known cookbooks in Italy on making artisan bread and traditional pastries using sourdough.
