Who is Luis Cardell?

Graduated in Vocational Training in the Hospitality and Tourism branch, specializing in Hospitality as a Technical Specialist by the Institute of Vocational Training Juníper Serra.
Since 2005, he has been an instructor in the cooking department of the EHIB.
He has worked in the kitchens of several catering and hotel establishments such as La Residencia Hotel and Can LLuís Restaurant.
