Their collaboration began at the iconic restaurant elBulli, where they played key roles in the creative team alongside Ferran Adrià. In 2012, they opened Compartir, in Cadaqués, a restaurant that promotes a dining experience centered around togetherness and the collective enjoyment of dishes. Two years later, in 2014, they launched Disfrutar in Barcelona, which quickly became a global reference. This establishment has been awarded three Michelin stars, and in 2024, was recognized as the best restaurant in the world by the prestigious The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
