Hi here is the best donut I have ever tried yummy and beautiful I have finished my donut course and brunch pastrie course days ago and Iam waiting to get my certificate it’s stuck on 96% pleas can u tell me what to do

Hi, your donuts look amazing. For the certificate: have you passed all the quizes? If you don’t pass the quizes you don’t complate the course, I guess…

I just sent you your Certificate by email, Rhama. My team is already analyzing what may be causing this failure. I entered our platform with your user and using the app, and could download it without any problem. Maybe it’s something to do with the device… I asked my team to check again.
