Today I made tomato soup and sourdough potato focaccia, then repackaged 25kg of pizza flour into smaller bags, to store in the freezer. I am prepared for my pizza making adventures!

Pleeease @mandie-lowe 🙏 share tell us how do you ensure your tomato soup maintains a balanced flavor profile without becoming overly sour?
Regarding the 3 thousand kilos of pizza dough: my kinda friend 😉

@Sol Damiani I used San Marzano tomatoes, which tend to be naturally sweeter, plus a small amount of white sugar and also cream. I am not a fan of adding sugar to tomato dishes, but I make an exception for the soup!

Your comment about the 3 thousand kilos made me laugh 🤣 I want to try this flour, it is recommended for high heat ovens, but it was only available in 25kg bags! I use 1kg of flour for my dough, so this will last for 25 pizza nights 😃👍🍕🍕🍕

Oh, I see 🍅I’m already imagining the perfection of those tomatoes. What an uncomfortable way to sell that kind of flour. I’m now happier that you went all the way for it. Proud of you.😉
