Absolutely stunning! 🌹✨ Lovers Garden is not just a dessert, it’s a whole romantic story told through textures, colors, and flavors. From the elegance of rose gelato to the playful crunch of freeze-dried berries – every element feels intentional and full of love. A true celebration of the season and the senses. Bravo! 💘🍓

What a beautiful creation, Massimo! 😍

I find it really creative how you played with the textures between the gelato, the terrine, and the freeze-dried fruits.

The composition feels very natural and joyful like a walk through a real garden. The use of Birbet wine caught my attention. How does that flavor influence the jelly? Does it bring out floral notes as well? I think that’s such a unique detail.

You can really see the care you put into every element! Were you inspired by a special memory or place when creating this “Lovers Garden”? ❤️

@sussan_scoolinaryteam yes the Birbet gives a floral note the the Terrine.

I was just inspired of Spring and thought this Desserts is a great representation of it.

@massimo-orlando What a lovely source of inspiration, Máximo! Using spring as the starting point for a dessert so full of color and life is such a beautiful idea. It’s clear that you didn’t just think about flavor, but also about how to express a feeling, a season, an emotion.

And that floral touch from the Birbet, on top of being unique, really ties the whole concept together in a harmonious way. It’s like every element on the plate is telling the same story.

Once again, thank you for sharing it with the community.❤️
