Each dessert feels like it’s telling its own story, like chapters in a sweet book full of unexpected twists, that cotton candy on a bed of chocolate soil and mango with chili is a total plot twist! How did you manage to balance the heat and creaminess without one overpowering the other?

It’s clear there’s a lot of hard work, trial and error, and above all, a real passion for playing with flavors and concepts behind this.

These dishes are pure culinary art! 🍫✨ 1. The Chocolate Broken Dish sounds like a dream for any chocolate lover — different textures in one? Yes, please! 2. B52 looks like the perfect balance of creamy and zesty with that coffee jelly and orange gel. 3. Earth, Wind and Fire — I can already imagine the perfect fusion of flavors with chocolate soil and mango/chili compote. And 4. Caprese, but as a cheesecake? Genius! The printed white chocolate tomatoes are such a fun touch. Everything looks incredible!
