Fried Chicken Recipes from Chefs Grace Yung and Neil Harkins

Today, I made Nashville hot chicken and chicken katsu for homemade burgers.

We love the Nashville chicken because it’s juicier than katsu.

The burgers are also homemade (first try—recipe found on YouTube)! 🍔

        Everything looks absolutely delicious! 😍
You’ve got great control over the frying, the coating turned out perfectly crispy and golden.

The burger buns also have a great texture; they look soft yet sturdy enough to hold the filling. How did you keep them from getting soggy with the sauce and chicken?

Amazing work! Thanks for sharing it with the community.🫶🏻

@sussan_scoolinaryteam Thank you Sussan. To keep the burger from getting soggy, On a hot pan, I lightly toasting the inside of the buns creates a barrier that helps prevent them from absorbing too much moisture. I made thicker sauce and serving immediately

Well done! 🔥 Your fried chicken game is strong—Nashville hot vs. katsu is a bold showdown. The juiciness of the Nashville style makes total sense with that spicy kick! How did you balance the seasoning to keep it from overpowering the burger? 🍔 Love seeing this level of experimentation. Excellente remarque @soldamiani sur les pains burger! En fait les pullets frits se mange mieux seul ou avec les pains plats. Sinon, comme vous dites, il faut peut-être plus de sauces pour balancer le pain burger 🙂
