      2. Stencil technique with cinnamon powder

      3. making edible caviar from agar agar powder

        Hi Somayeh. Just wondering if you’re familiar with gellan gum? You can use it in place of agar with the same ratio and it stands up to higher temperatures, reduces the chance of syneresis and has a more neutral flavor. Give it a try if you haven’t. It’s derived from a bacteria though so not vegan if that’s an issue.
