hmm, hard to tell because everything is wonderful, but since i have to choose something, i will say the croissants from Antonio Bachour. I have made them and they are unbelievable savory. I put the dough in the freezer and i could taste more of the buttery flavor as he said! i have made only the simple ones but i will continue with the rest too!! Thanks for all the courses!
