          Hi!! Sorry for my english, I will try to explain my dish.

          As you can see in the photo, I have tried to give a different touch to fish & chips. It is a fish and chip taco on a corn tortilla with Japanese mayonnaise, a “pico de gallo” (red pepper, onion, cilantro) with mango. The fish is a piece of halibut in tempura and finished with potato straws as a snack. I hope I have been able to explain correctly.

            I love that you turned fish & chips into a taco, what a great idea! The tempura halibut with Japanese mayo and that mango pico de gallo sounds amazing. Plus, the thinly cut potatoes must add a delicious crunch. You definitely put a super original twist on a classic.
