      I was so ready to cook tonight after being away! But the options were a bit lacking 🤣 So when I make meatballs, I always freeze a batch which were perfect for these crockpot meatballs with a savory gravy served over buttermilk mashed potatoes. Just the comfort food we needed!

        It’s nice to have a go-to in the freezer. Whenever I have to make a ‘batch’ of anything, there’s always enough to freeze some. When I make raviolis I always make extra on purpose though.🙂

          @Ryan Finney I have to remember to finish the pasta class. I started when it started getting hot here so I thought it was a better cold weather activity!
