I made the Blue Cheese Financiers from the Travel Cakes course by Eunyoung Yun! And my goodness, are they delicious! They completely blew me away with how good they were.
They don’t taste overwhelmingly of Gorgonzola. In fact, I wouldn’t have known it contained blue cheese, if I hadn’t added it myself. The financiers are soft, sweet, nutty and delicious. I would serve these as part of a cheese plate, with extra pecans and honey. I can highly recommend trying these, they are wonderful.
