Amazing! That’s truly great teamwork. Tell us, what is your dessert about?

        Thank you.

It is a Deconstructed Mousse dessert with blueberry coulis, cookie crumble, meringue, macaron, chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce on top, a blueberry mousse served with a vanilla ice cream on top and some fresh strawberries…it has various elements and burst of sweet and sour flavours in just one dessert.

The preparation of this deconstructed dessert sounds quite elaborate and well-balanced. The combination of mousse, cookie crumble, meringue, macaron, and chocolate brownie offers an interesting variety of textures. This makes the dessert dynamic and fun to eat, as each bite could have a different texture.

The sweet flavors of the chocolate brownie and blueberry mousse are complemented by the tartness of the blueberry coulis and fresh strawberries. This creates a pleasant balance between sweetness and acidity, which can prevent the dessert from becoming too cloying. I like the mousse and ice cream in your dessert because they add creaminess; the crumble adds crunchiness; and the meringue and macaron add a lightness that contrasts with the density of the brownie. The combination of a chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce adds an indulgent touch.

Overall, this deconstructed dessert seems to be a rich and varied experience, ideal for those who enjoy a balance of flavors and textures in a single dish.

I guess it is because I make around 2500 macarons every week😂 which makes it 5000 shells hand piped and then creamed in centre with different flavours
